Relationships
Main Description
After defining the objectives for the training course (i.e. the audience, focus and scope) the next step is to list the detailed skills and knowledge that are to be taught. These are then organized into a logical sequence of modules after which the detail for each part of the course is flushed out. Examples and exercises may also be included within the course material, as provided by the source material and domain experts.
Steps
List skills and knowledge

Based upon the processes and tasks to be performed by the defined target audience, the set of required skills and knowledge is defined.

Structure skills and knowledge

Once the set of skills and knowledge to be taught is defined, they are then organized into a logical sequence of modules that form the heart of the course.

Define module details
Define the details of each module, including objectives, supporting materials, exercises and examples. Exercises and example may be provided by appropriate domain experts.
