Actions defined during and architecture review or analysis are documented, assigned and tracked in an Artifact: Architecture Review Record.
The Review Record is managed by the assigned authority, which:

Updates the document as required based upon input from the people assigned to action items;

Notifies actionees of required input or work as needed;

Closes the ongoing management of the Review Record when all items have been closed.
This task is made easier through automation. A repository of issues and actions could be used to automate these
management tasks, including notifications of actionees.
