The importance of clear and concise use of terminology within an IT architecture cannot be understated. A glossary of important terms has to be defined, with everyone understanding the term and agreeing with its definition.
Useful definitions
Each defined term must be used and useful in the IT architecture. It is not useful to add definitions of terms that are outside the scope of the architecture.
The term is consistently used within the IT architecture and represents the same thing
