Based upon the Zachman Framework, UAM defines three "perspectives" (Business, Logical, and Technical) and four "aspects" (Data, Activity, Location, and People). The Zachman "When" and "Why" columns are incorporated into the "Activity" aspect. The other aspects equate to Zachman as follows: Data (What) , Activity (How), Location (Where), and People (Who).
